On the afternoon of May 25, 2022, He Liang Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hei Long Jiang Provincial Committee and minister of the Publicity Department, 

led a team to visit Harbin to investigate the production and operation of the enterprises they are responsible for communicaton and service. First, the team came to Harbin Coslight 

New Energy Co., Ltd. to learn more about the development of the enterprise.
