Recently, COSPOWERS has achieved another milestone in its overseas expansion, with multiple commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage projects, developed in partnership with U.S. collaborators, successfully delivered and now operating stably. Spanning two core energy markets—Florida and California—these projects cater to a diverse range of C&I electricity consumption scenarios. This marks a substantive breakthrough for COSPOWERS in the core North American C&I energy storage market and underscores the hard-edged global competitiveness of Chinese smart energy storage solutions.

As one of the fastest-growing regions for global C&I energy storage demand, the U.S. electricity market is grappling with the dual challenges of high electricity prices and insufficient grid resilience. In recent years, time-of-use (TOU) peak-to-off-peak price spreads have widened considerably across many U.S. regions, while demand charges continue to account for a significant portion of commercial and industrial electricity costs, intensifying cost-reduction pressures on enterprises. At the same time, frequent extreme weather events coupled with growing grid load have strained power supply stability, driving a steady increase in demand for reliable backup power in scenarios such as industrial and mining operations and renewable energy integration.
These newly deployed projects directly address two core local needs—“cost control” and “power security”—by delivering integrated solutions focused on peak-valley arbitrage and critical load support. They cover three typical C&I business types: renewable energy pairing, industrial and mining production, and commercial applications. All projects utilize COSPOWERS’s self-developed Power Eco-60kW/207kWh C&I energy storage system. Featuring a highly integrated AC/DC一体化 design, the system incorporates battery modules, PCS, EMS, human-machine interface, and fire protection systems into a compact unit, greatly simplifying on-site installation. It supports flexible capacity expansion and is widely adaptable to microgrids, industrial parks, and mining/industrial enterprises, meeting multiple needs including peak-valley arbitrage, demand-side management, PV-storage integration, and backup power.

During project implementation, COSPOWERS’s technical team tailored differentiated system designs and operational strategies based on the site-specific characteristics and load profiles of each facility. For Florida’s hot and humid climate, the team optimized the system’s thermal management and sealing protection to ensure long-term reliable operation in humid and high-temperature environments. For California’s industrial and mining sites with high-load demands, the team refined charge/discharge strategies and demand-charge management logic to maximize peak-valley arbitrage returns while ensuring uninterrupted power supply for critical production loads. All systems feature millisecond-level power switching capability, enabling rapid response during grid fluctuations or sudden outages to safeguard users’ production operations against power risks.
Looking ahead, COSPOWERS will continue to deepen its commitment to the global energy storage sector, constantly iterating highly adaptable, safe, and profitable storage solutions while further expanding its global partner ecosystem. Leveraging the robust technological strength of “Intelligent Manufacturing in China,” the company remains dedicated to empowering the global low-carbon transformation of commercial and industrial sectors and reinforcing the international influence of China’s national energy storage brands.
