The 50MW Agro-Light Complementary 50MW/200MWh energy storage project in Sangzizi District of Tibet is one of the key projects in the 14th Five-Year Plan of Tibet Autonomous Region. The project is located in Jiangdang Township, Sangzizi District, Shigatze City, Tibet Autonomous Region, covering an area of about 1600 mu. The project adopts the way of "agriculture and light complementary", planting suitable crops under the photovoltaic modules to achieve comprehensive utilization of land. At the same time, the project is also equipped with 50MW/200MWh energy storage system, which improves the stability and reliability of the power grid. The construction of the project will provide clean energy for local region, promote the optimization and upgrading of the energy structure, and promote the development of the local economy. At the same time, the project will also promote the development of local agricultural industry, improve the income level of farmers, and have good social and economic benefits.
