The 720Ah cell is launched quite impressively 

At the exhibition site, Cospowers released a large capacity energy storage battery solution - 720Ah Tianchi battery series, using the third generation of high-speed lamination technology, zero attenuation for three years, opening the quality leap of single 2.3kWh, and moving forward to the long-term energy storage market.

The mass energy density of the cell is 185Wh/kg, the volume energy density can reach 435Wh/L, and the ultra-long cycle life is more than 12000 times. And capacity, security, storage and other performances are still excellent, with stable support for ultra-long cycle. At the same time, Cospowers’ sodium ion cell series also were launched with 210Ah high-capacity sodium ion laminated cell, attracting a large number of customers at home and abroad.

The 6.7MWh energy storage system was unveiled

The transformative product of power storage brought by Cospowers at this exhibition: EnerGalactic-6700 liquid cooled battery compartment. This product is equipped with the 720Ah ultra-large capacity Tianchi series of cells developed by Cospowers with full-stack, which increases the capacity by 15%+ compared with 5MWh product.

The system integration complexity is completely simplified, and the penetration of large Pack design is adopted to reduce the number of cell strings. It reduces the attenuation of available power consumption caused by the parallel adaptation of wooden barrel effect, reduces about 50% of the system electrical connection components, and increases the system cycle energy efficiency by 1%+. It improves the long life of the system level, increases the total discharge energy of the whole life cycle, and improves the high profitability of energy storage projects.

The product adopts single-side door design, can be displayed in one line or back-to-back arrangement, with flexible connection, saving land area by 35%. Pre-installed design can save installation time. Full container shipping reduces shipping costs. The product is suitable for ultra-wide application scenarios, not afraid of harsh environment, and can be applied to extremely cold, high heat, high humidity, high sand, and high salt spray environment.

Great potential for industrial and commercial energy storage with ultra-wide applications

In recent years, with the active promotion of national policies, the field of user-side energy storage has ushered in new opportunities for rapid development, and its business model is increasingly diversified. In this exhibition, Cospowers brought the whole series of industrial and commercial energy storage products, including the newly launched sodium battery industrial and commercial energy storage product - PowerEco-115kW/250kWh, the sodium battery industrial and commercial energy storage integrator. The product is equipped with the 210Ah sodium ion cells launched by Cospowers, which adopts the lamination process. Its energy density is more than 135Wh/Kg, and its life cycles are more than 2000 times.
