     At the meeting, Chen Hua read the reply on the Establishment of Changde New Energy Storage Material Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. Minister Kang Chongwen awarded the license and the appointment letter to Shan Hui, the chairman of Changde Cospowers New Energy Technology Co., LTD and the chairman of Changde New Energy storage Materials Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. Chen Hua and Fang Zhiwei respectively awarded the appointment letter to Xiao Jiayu and Zhu Aiping. Leaders attending the meeting jointly unveiled the first national Makerspace in Changde city.

     Shan Hui, chairman of the alliance, said “the "double carbon" goal is China's solemn commitment to the international community. It reflects China's responsibility as a major country and represents a profound economic and social transformation. Changde new energy storage materials industry technology innovation strategic alliance will play the advantages of battery materials, cell, system integration research and development and production in Changde area, leading a new round of energy storage revolution.”
