Recently, Kunyu Group held a blueprint presentation of the ERP digital transformation project in Changde Kunyu New Energy Technology Co.    Next, project manager Wang Tao introduced the summary of the blueprint stage and the overall design scheme. Then the project manager made a detailed plan for the next phase of work deployment, and put forward specific requirements for each work task, in order to strive to achieve risk minimization.

   Leaders at the meeting listened to the blueprint report carefully, and the blueprint design direction and rationality of acceptance review, combined with the actual situation, put forward targeted improvement suggestions. Mr. Shan, chairman of Kunyu Group, congratulated on the significant results of ERP project blueprint stage and thanked the implementation team and project team members of Kaibai for their hard work on behalf of Kunyu Group. He said that SAP ERP is not only a software project, but also a project for management improvement, which is crucial to the future development of the company. He stressed that on the one hand, all departments should work together to further enhance their participation and ensure smooth progress of the project. On the other hand, we should closely follow the actual situation of the company to ensure the smooth operation of the company's business. Mr. Wang, chairman of Kaibao, said that the completion of the blueprint stage means that the framework has been completed, and the next step is to implement the framework and build a house in earnest, which is also the process of verifying the framework. At the same time, he said that it is very important to take the road of intelligent manufacturing with three pillars, which are respectively figuratively compared to the brain of ERP system, the heart of factory and the limbs of R&D. Only the rapid response of the three can promote the efficient operation of enterprises.
