During the talks, both parties engaged in extensive exchanges on core topics within the sodium-ion battery industry. COSPOWERS provided a detailed introduction to its phased achievements, including the 1.5 GWh sodium-ion battery production line and the total 2 GWh production capacity layout. They also highlighted key technological breakthroughs in areas such as extreme cold weather discharge and cycle life, emphasizing the application pathways and implementation plans for sodium-ion batteries in energy storage, telecommunications, and low-speed transportation.

Both parties concurred that as sodium-ion battery technology continues to mature, supported by scaling production and process optimization, the costs of core materials like sodium battery electrolytes are steadily declining. Coupled with the advantages of abundant and widely distributed sodium resources, the cost competitiveness of sodium-ion batteries is expected to become increasingly prominent, offering economical energy solutions for a wider range of application scenarios.

The Itaú BBA delegation expressed high recognition for COSPOWERS's technical expertise and commercial progress in the sodium-ion battery field, showing particular interest in its practical deployment experience across various sectors, including power storage and telecommunications backup power. Furthermore, the delegation showed strong interest in COSPOWERS's capital strategy and future development roadmap. In response, COSPOWERS informed the delegation that the company completed its share reform and was officially renamed a joint stock company in 2024. It has subsequently secured strategic investments from renowned institutions including Shenzhen Capital Group and GAC Capital. Currently, the company is steadily advancing its IPO preparation efforts. Leveraging continuous R&D investment, technological accumulation, and multiple production base locations, COSPOWERS is consistently enhancing its capabilities for the scaled development of the sodium-ion battery industry.

Following the meeting, both sides agreed to strengthen future communication regarding technical seminars and market cooperation, jointly exploring collaborative opportunities within the global new energy sector.

This visit by the Itaú BBA delegation not only underscores the international capital market's attention to COSPOWERS's sodium-ion battery technology and development prospects but also lays a solid foundation for the company to expand international cooperation and advance its global strategy. Moving forward, COSPOWERS will remain committed to technological innovation as its core driver, leveraging the power of capital markets to propel its sodium-ion products towards playing a more significant role in the global energy transition.
