In the field of sodium-ion battery technology R&D, COSPOWERS has achieved multiple key breakthroughs. Compared to traditional lithium-ion batteries, its sodium-ion battery products demonstrate significant advantages: higher energy efficiency, superior low-temperature performance, longer cycle life, enhanced safety, and broader market application prospects. As one of the first companies in China to pass sodium-ion battery evaluations, COSPOWERS has consistently emphasized industry-academia-research collaborative innovation, maintaining deep partnerships with universities such as Harbin Institute of Technology, Central South University, and Harbin Engineering University. Simultaneously, the company has actively deployed core patented technologies, including "high-power sodium-ion batteries" and "stacked sodium-ion batteries," continuously strengthening its technological barriers.

Currently, COSPOWERS’s sodium-ion battery products have been successfully deployed in multiple projects: the company secured the top bid in an open tender for China Tower’s Gansu 100Ah sodium-ion battery project—one of the first batch of bulk procurement projects for sodium-ion battery energy storage products in the communication energy storage field in China. COSPOWERS is also closely collaborating with China Mobile and China Tower to promote pilot applications of its sodium-ion battery products in nearly 30 communication base stations across Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jilin, and Gansu. Notable projects include the pilot deployment of sodium-ion battery commercial products at China Mobile Ningxia’s data center distributed photovoltaic project, the smart sodium-ion battery energy storage pilot project at China Tower’s Tianshui site in Gansu Province, and the sodium-ion battery energy storage pilot project at China Mobile’s Heihe site in Heilongjiang Province. To ensure product quality, the company strictly adheres to international quality management standards, and its products have passed multiple international certifications, including ISO, IEC, and UL, providing a solid quality assurance for the large-scale application of sodium-ion batteries.

The official mass production of COSPOWERS’s sodium-ion battery production line is just the beginning of its in the sodium-ion battery industry. With the accelerated development of the global new energy industry, sodium-ion batteries are unleashing immense application potential in key areas such as communication energy storage, wind and solar energy storage integration, virtual power plants, two- and three-wheelers, and start-stop power supplies, thanks to their core advantages of controllable costs and high safety. With its profound technological and forward-looking capacity, COSPOWERS is poised to occupy a significant position in the global competition for new energy storage. In the future, as the demand for sodium-ion batteries continues to grow in China’s new energy storage market, the large-scale commercial application of sodium-ion batteries is highly anticipated. COSPOWERS has already taken the lead, laying a solid foundation for driving industry development.
