  Recently, COSPOWERS successfully delivered the energy storage system for the Longyuan Power Henan Qingfeng 100MW Wind Power with Energy Storage Project (45MW/90MWh) – the largest project of its kind in Henan. Leveraging advanced technology, the COSPOWERS energy storage system provides outstanding safety, superior performance, and exceptional cost-effectiveness. It strongly supports the project's grid connection and operation, ensuring reliable regional power supply and enhancing the green energy absorption capacity of the Northern Henan power grid.

  COSPOWERS employs an intelligent fire protection system integrating exhaust channels, explosion-proof pressure relief, and fire suppression into a triple-layer safeguard, effectively mitigating battery thermal runaway risks. Furthermore, the robustly constructed cell structure, using durable materials, boasts excellent seismic resistance and anti-aging performance. Capable of withstanding extreme conditions and validated through rigorous destructive tests including short-circuit and fire tests, it ensures reliable operation amidst complex and variable environments, fully guaranteeing the system's exceptional stability and safety.

 

  Facing extreme climates like high temperatures, high humidity, severe cold, high salt fog, and sandstorms, COSPOWERS's intelligent temperature control system achieves millisecond-level response, ensuring safe and efficient operation 24/7, anywhere. The system's energy density is significantly higher than traditional batteries, reducing the footprint. It also features flexible expansion capabilities and compatibility between old and new equipment. This provides the Henan power grid with highly flexible peak-shaving and frequency-regulation resources, substantially enhancing grid resilience and stability.

 

  COSPOWERS's self-developed lithium iron phosphate cells feature high energy density and long cycle life. They act as a durable and reliable "energy sponge" for the wind farm, effectively smoothing fluctuations and increasing green power utilization. Simultaneously, the use of modular prefabricated cabins reduces on-site construction work and land occupation, shortens the construction period, and lowers initial investment costs.   Once operational, the Longyuan Power Qingfeng project in Henan is expected to supply the grid with approximately 65 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually. This will reduce CO2 emissions by about 65,500 tons, equivalent to planting 3.5 million trees. It will effectively support the grid connection and absorption of surrounding new energy power stations, provide flexible regulation services like peak-shaving and frequency regulation for the Qingfeng grid, ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, and contribute to the local socio-economic sustainable development.
