At the exhibition site, COSPOWERS showcased its full-scenario
solutions for power energy storage, commercial and industrial energy
storage, residential energy storage, and communication site energy
storage, demonstrating its globally leading energy storage technology
and service capabilities. In the power energy storage field, COSPOWERS
launched the new EnerGalactic-5015 string-type AC/DC integrated energy
storage system of the Tianqi series. This product is characterized by
its core advantages of full-scenario deep adaptation and full-chain
technological innovation: Its forward-looking innovative "string-type
AC/DC integrated" architecture and embedded high-voltage PCS have
increased the direct-through efficiency of AC/DC energy to 93.5%. Each
battery cluster operates independently with its own PCS, increasing
discharge capacity by over 8%. The dual-circulation liquid cooling
system ensures a temperature difference of ≤2.5°C at the cluster level,
allowing full-power output even in extreme environments. It also meets
the NFPA68/69 U.S. standard fire protection system, with core components
protected by IP67. The string-type topology architecture enables
minute-level fault location, AI-driven intelligent maintenance to reduce
maintenance costs, and an environment-adaptive algorithm that
self-regulates within a wide temperature range of -30°C to 55°C. It is
resilient to extreme scenarios such as extreme cold, sand and dust, salt
fog corrosion, high-altitude, coastal, and desert environments.
In the commercial and industrial energy storage field, COSPOWERS
introduced the PowerEco-125kW/261kWh (lithium battery) and 100kW/200kWh
(sodium battery) energy storage systems. These systems feature the
new-generation high-energy-density cells of 314Ah for lithium batteries
and 168Ah for sodium batteries, highly integrated with the 3S system.
They combine active safety, compact flexibility, and intelligent
efficiency, supporting parallel connection of up to 10 units for a
maximum capacity of 2.61MWh, equipped with AI-driven battery diagnostics
and health prediction. The full liquid cooling temperature control
technology ensures precise cluster-level management, simple delivery and
installation, and flexible expansion to meet various needs of
commercial and industrial enterprises and parks. These systems have been
widely applied in multiple countries worldwide, helping businesses
build zero-carbon microgrids and further enhance the profitability of
commercial and industrial energy storage.
